I’ve attempted to use PowtoonConnect off and on for several months and there are basic issues that need to be corrected! Mainly the voiceover recording doesn’t work. The voiceovers rarely if ever show up in your recorded voiceovers on the website so you end up having to re-record everything. Please fix this!!

Whenever I try to login, something went wrong, Email not correct. Why! I just need to do something! Make it work better on mobile too. I read other ratings and they said, “sent me the link to do it on my computer.”. This is very disappointing. Please fix this. And make it better

My teacher recommended this for a presentation, and I don’t know why, first there’s no regular link on the website, second why does PowtoonConnect exist? All it dose is send you to the website and tell you to do it on a computer. After I finish the presentation I am NEVER using this or the website again

I do not recommend PowtoonConnect! I tried to delete something from uploading to media but it never gave me any information on how!! And I can’t seem to edit a video like I should be able to do like on PC

PowtoonConnect is completely useless. I should be able to make & edit slides from this tablet. Powtoon needs to make an update to be able to allow iPads to work with this software.

I got PowtoonConnect for my class so I signed up and all that, I can’t find anything!? It doesn’t even work, PowtoonConnect is garbage and I will never ever download it again

What’s the point of the Ap if I can’t edit or even use on iPad or iPhone? I was willing to look past how slow it is and was REALLY considering paying for this but I can’t use it 😞😒

I love the finished product but what a pain trying to grab the stick on the timeline with the computer mouse to move some text. I spend triple the time making the presentation because of this dumb feature. If they made the timeline earlier to manipulate, it would be more fun. Now I it frustrates me and I can’t wait to just finish what I’m doing. I hope they’re paying attention to the customer feedback.

It seems as though the other people who have rated PowtoonConnect do not quite understand its a COMPANION app which means it serves a different function than the website. Also, one person can’t figure out how to lock screen their phone and gave PowtoonConnect a bad rating because of it? PowtoonConnect works well for its purpose. It is nothing fancy and will not give you full editing capabilities from your phone or iPad.

PowtoonConnect is helpful when I’m away from a computer. Allowing me to upload audio and images has been a time saver, especially in moments of creativity. My concern is that the screen only stays in landscape view when my iPhone is horizontal to the floor. Otherwise, PowtoonConnect returns to portrait view. Please fix.

I had an issue with PowtoonConnect . The customer service department reached out to me and took care of the problem. They’re in a different time zone than me but still got back with me rather quickly. It’s nice to get great customer service! Good upstanding company.
