Picture Keeper Connect does do the job: I’ve been able to take photos off my iPhone, which has very little storage, and transfer them to my Mac.

But the instructions are simplified to the point of absurdity, and they didn’t do me much good. They also don’t really say what they mean: As far as I could figure out, for example, the word “restore” really means “save.” It took me numerous emails to PictureKeeperConnect ’s help desk to get my job done.

The best thing about this, you plug in the USB select to start back up and it copies your files. The worst thing about this it doesn’t save any of your file names, any of the meta-data regarding your files. For example date taken NOTspecified. This is not helpful in managing the hundreds of pictures that are taken. And who wants to set a date taken when you don’t even know when it was. Need to add this soon and then it would get five stars

A how-to manual with written directions and hints from users would really help. Not everyone my age (octogenarian) has the tech knowledge to get started and to create the best results. But it is my generation who didn’t have many color photos. Thank you for your consideration! I still live this product. Saw my grandmother in color for the first time! She came to life for me!

Using the Picture Keeper stick to backup photos from my phone and computer is so easy and fast!! Having somewhere secure to keep my photos gives me piece of mind! The stick makes it easy to transfer photos and also to go through them if I need to. Great product!!

I purchased this picture keeper because I take several photos, screenshots and videos and my phone gets full quick. I love the ease of the picture keeper and it doesn’t copy any photo you have already saved. Well worth the money and time using it.

Picture Keeper connect from Sharper Image is a great device to backup your photos and videos and contacts from your phone. Glad I bought and have recommended it to a couple of friends.

Picture Keeper is amazingly simple and fast to use. From the time I opened the package until I had all my photos, videos, and contacts stored from my phone was less than 15 minutes.

I bought this and found it to be so easy to use and store my photos and videos on. So glad it’s not confusing or difficult to use. Will buy more when I run out of space but so far I still have lots more space left. Great product!!!!

I have been wanting something
I could move my pictures on my phone directly to a memory stick without having to use my computer. This is the greatest invention ever. I copied over 2,000 pictures and it only took 30 minutes and it was so so easy. Yay.

A lifesaver product for me . Very cool high quality tech solution to your phone , tablet and computer’s need to free up memory from all the photos and videos . Organizes them so it it easy to fine and use .
What’s even better than the product is their customer service . I was having problems understanding something and after a few back and forth emails , I received an unsolicited call from Tony who patiently “ held my hand” all the way through the downloading process and made sure it was successful. Tony was very professional, knowledgeable , and personable .

Picture Keeper is an Excellent product that is simple to use as a means to save pictures of any person or event to have as a back-up of one’s family, friends and events. I highly recommend Picture Keeper to anyone that wants to save their highly valued pictures and videos.

BEST APP EVER!!! I am in LOVE with my Picture Keeper! I am constantly taking photos, I would always struggle getting them off my phone. I tried many different ways! About 2 years ago I received a picture keeper for Christmas. I could not be happier! It is so easy to use. PictureKeeperConnect never has issues. I can take pictures off my phone and save them to my computer quickly, efficiently and without causing myself a headache! Hands down the best i phone product I own!

I’m so glad that I saw the picture keeper on QVC! I bought it immediately. I lost my husband in 2020 and my dog in 2022 and I have so many pictures of both of them that I would just be heartbroken if I ever lost them. Now I have everything backed up I can put my picture keeper in a safe place and know that I’ll always be able to see my photographs anytime I want, on any device I want.

A picture is worth a thousand words! And memories last a lifetime! Passion of life keeps is going from day to day, these are the things that bring so much “Joy”, to my life! A great asset! A little difficult getting started but once the process was started with the phone off and attaching the drive before restarting the phone it worked like a champ. The memory on the phone was near full but the device was only at 18% capacity after the save was completed. I recommend this to everyone who wishes to avoid the iCloud.

My photos and videos are protected on PictureKeeper. These memories will be passed on to my grandchildren and then to their children. I run them on a digital photo frame to enjoy over and over again and for family and friends to see how the family has grown. Picture Keeper works great and was able to copy and store all my Mac and iPhone photos easily. It is really easy to use and is very fast copying your photo files. Really nice to have an app that works this well and gives you the security that PictureKeeperConnect provides.

I love the picture keeper because it gives me peace of mind knowing my photos are backed up. It runs super fast and smooth. I had no problems hooking the picture keeper to my phone and no difficulties using PictureKeeperConnect . Amazing product. FYI I am using an iPhone 11.

I love the picture saver. I didn’t know how to save my photos and videos for so long, now I can and it’s so simple. My photos and videos are backed up on the thumb drive every time I take pictures and videos.

I am so happy I purchased Picture Keeper! My iCloud is always full with on 68 photos which means I can’t share them until I empty my iCloud. Picture Keeper has allowed me to do that without having to delete any photos! I love it!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this product was amazing and I couldn’t resist. This product worked like a charm and it was worth every penny I spent on it. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

I have needed this for a long time. I went to California and ran out of storage. I take a lot of pictures. With this now I won’t run out. I can also let my 2 adult children plug it into their phones so I can get the pictures they took that I want.
