The information readily available to the landlord (tenant name, etc) isn’t information we need on a daily basis. Instead, information I want, like when rent payment was initiated and when I can expect the deposit is buried and inaccessible! In fact, I have to go to an entirely different website to view the actual payment AFTER paying a $1 fee to do so. In addition, waiting a flipping week for their payment processor to send the rent is stupid and unprofessional. My bank, which is technologically stuck in the 1980’s, processes payments in 2 days. Get with it RentRedi! I WILL NOT be renewing this app with the next tenants. What a pain in the hiney.

I only used the app for two days because of continuous issues. None of my tenants were able to apply, it would not allow me to send out tenant applications, etc. Upon asking for a refund, I was essentially laughed at as its only $15.
The bottom line is it’s not about the cost, it’s about paying for something and getting nothing from it. I don’t need the $15 obviously. But not only did I get zero benefit, I also lost potential tenants and income.
Use a better app like Zillow Manager or Innago, that will actually work.

I was just informed my account was blocked because they could not verify my payment account (for my tenants) they did not give me any reason or explanation as to the issue. I was not giving any explanation if it was my error of theirs, simply that my account had been blocked and I could not use RentRedi. I’ve simply been blocked from using their system. Beware if there is an errors. I will continue to use Cozy.
