This parts app is the worst I have used. Can’t track parts via my employee # any longer. And there are so many button presses to get the airbill information. MySupplyChainTrackTrace is not very user friendly in the least. Wish my company would go back to the old system. That app would automatically load all my parts orders with tracking information and with one click FedEx tracking would appear. MySupplyChainTrackTrace needs to be revamped and made more user friendly. Sorry for the bad review but unfortunately that is how I truly feel about MySupplyChainTrackTrace .
MySupplyChainTrackTrace constantly tells me I don’t have the rights to view shipping numbers of my own shipments. Not once had MySupplyChainTrackTrace been useful. If I didn’t have to keep it I would delete it.
I stand by my previous statement. MySupplyChainTrackTrace is absolute garbage.
Nothing loads, constantly kicks me out of my account and will not look up my ordered based on the specifications provided (I.e. the employee number provided)
App will not work for me and there is zero support available to attempt to get this working. The company I work for switched to DHL and now it’s a guess when my repair parts will arrive.
This is a terrible app in that when you try to actually track a package - three step process that inevitably takes you to FedEx… I can go to FedEx in 1 step and bypass this awful app…
I can’t even rate or make a suggestion on delivery In MySupplyChainTrackTrace . Our company pays $1500 for a fast delivery option. It would be nice if you could see in MySupplyChainTrackTrace who took possession of package. Name and phone number.
I have use my notification number, order number, material number to track my orders and it says I have no orders yet I have physically received one on site today. Helpless. They can improve MySupplyChainTrackTrace. And when it’s working it’s a good app
Completely useless. What kind of tracking app doesn’t allow tracking by airway bill number? Had to go back to using DHL’s poorly-designed, non-mobile friendly webpage to track my packages. DHL remains one of the worst carriers in terms of technology and tracking.
Learn something from FedEx, please.
I can find no way to clear recent searches from main screen. Some of these date back to 2022.
There are 3 “Warehouse Orders” under my employee number which are stuck and/or are bogus.
MySupplyChainTrackTrace is horrible and doesn’t give any information on parts I’ve ordered… doesn’t show parts and most importantly doesn’t show ETA. The older system worked far better at tracking!
We have to “use” this crashing, freezing, good for nothing app for work to track our parts. It never works, getting parts has gotten worse and worse since I started with my company thanks to DHL. Fix your app please. This is ridiculous
MySupplyChainTrackTrace does not make work easier, make the searches easier and more logical, our old process put the order we made into MySupplyChainTrackTrace automatically, MySupplyChainTrackTrace make one search and plug in the notification instead of loading our orders automatically, does not explain split orders or give accurate eta at all, I don’t trust any of the info MySupplyChainTrackTrace delivers, just frustrations
All I need is an AWB. Several clicks inside MySupplyChainTrackTrace only if I can login just to get AWB’s. I can’t login right now actually. This is a step back from what we had. No support either.
Airway bill tracking number should be on main screen of each order
MySupplyChainTrackTrace is overly complicated. The FedEx tracking #s and link to FedEx should be on the first page.
Doesn’t usually find my order no matter which number I enter. Sometimes it works from a direct link sent from DHL.
We just started a collaboration with DHL Supply Chain and the track-trace visibility plays a major role for us. For last several month we have seen a lot of improvements on the platform. Still some new issues that the DHL team continues to support, we fully expect that MySupplyChainTrackTrace will perform to our requirements soon.
