Awful app

This parts app is the worst I have used. Can’t track parts via my employee # any longer. And there are so many button presses to get the airbill information. This app is not very user friendly in the least. Wish my company would go back to the old system. That app would automatically load all my parts orders with tracking information and with one click FedEx tracking would appear. This app needs to be revamped and made more user friendly. Sorry for the bad review but unfortunately that is how I truly feel about the app.
App is non intuitive

This app does not make work easier, make the searches easier and more logical, our old process put the order we made into the app automatically, this app make one search and plug in the notification instead of loading our orders automatically, does not explain split orders or give accurate eta at all, I don’t trust any of the info this app delivers, just frustrations

We have to “use” this crashing, freezing, good for nothing app for work to track our parts. It never works, getting parts has gotten worse and worse since I started with my company thanks to DHL. Fix your app please. This is ridiculous
