How to fix Amadine app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Amadine app on iPhone
Update Amadine app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Amadine iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Amadine on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Amadine network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Amadine Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Amadine not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Amadine App
1. On android, goto Settings » Amadine » click [Force Stop]

Update Amadine to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Amadine App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Amadine » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Amadine.

Fix Amadine unable to contact server/ Amadine internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Amadine » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Amadine » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
