Not starting

When I tick that I have read the privacy policy. The confirm button isn't accessible - it's too far down the screen. So therefore I cant confirm it on my iPhone.
Cannot load any leaderboards. Freezes the app when I try to open one

As soon as I open the app it says “ Bummer… not found”. Cant do anything past that
I had the same problem, using my iPhone SE (small screen), however when I tried on my wife's iPhone 9 it worked fine. It may be that the App is only compatible with certain screen sizes or iPhone models. Doesn't help me as still can't use it on my phone.
TopTracer app doesn’t get past Create Profile fields. iPhone 12 Pro. OS 15.4.1 (also occurred with previous OS). TopTracer Range version 3.28.0. I deleted the app and reinstalled numerous times. Closed all other apps, restarted the iPhone numerous times, then downloaded the app again. Closed all other open applications during troubleshooting. Solid cell and internet connections each time. Two issues occurred. First, the Create Profile screen freezes when I entered my Yahoo email address. The app then eventually closes down. Using a Gmail email address gets me farther, but after entering all info into the Create Profile fields, and checking the Privacy Policy checkbox, there is no button to continue or submit the data. Even when putting the cursor back to the password field and touching the Done button, nothing happens. Please advise. Many thanks. -Bob Branch bob_branch2005@redacted
App freezes then crashes when trying to enter email address on sign up
Same issue as listed. App crashes at login screen after entering email.
As I try log in, app crashes when email is entered. I can enter password first but still crashes when email is entered. Freezes then goes to black screen. Help please
Intento iniciar sesion, meto el correo, pero no me deja poner mas y se apaga la app, utilizo un iphone 8, no va en iphone 11 si funciona.
