Can’t connect at “find location” stage.
The privacy update page does not fit the page and I cannot accept. I deleted app and reinstalled and page still does fit screen for me to accept
Can’t download app for my iPhone 6S. After entering my email address the app freezes. Get this sorted as it doesn’t look a very professional way forward.
At first I had some difficulties loading the app on my iPhone and ipad. I now have successfully loaded on both but I have managed to create two profiles one on the iphone CMW50 which is the one that I wish to keep, and CMW42 On my ipad which i would like to delete as it stops me from being able to use CMW50 on my ipad. Both accounts use the same email wrightpardey@ gmail.com and the same password. Can you help/advise. Many thanks
App will not allow me to sign in or use it as it shuts down after entering my email address. There is no phone support and they do not respond to their report a problem online
toptracer mobile app will not connect at Range. open app on iphone 6 hit play now and goes back to app menu or blank screen. Almost daily user and last work on 11/29. Software current on phone and tried deleting app on phone and downloading again. Help??????????

I knew I was in for disappointment when the Home Screen had writing that was cut off and things written over each other. Couldn’t enter an email to create an account. App just freezes up. Even tried deleting and reinstalling. Worthless.
Won’t event let set up account

It won’t event let me set up account, when setting up the account within the APP the keyboard covers the second password so you can’t confirm it or accept terms. Went to website to see if I could bypass APP to setup account that way, no go. I’m done.
Misses too many shots

It's super cool and helpful when it works. I drove out of my way to visit a range with TopTracer only to be disappointed that I spent most of my time messing with the app.
I'm adding one more star than planned because a staffer just happened to stop at my bay and told me it's only an issue at night. They don't have any trouble during the day, but the cameras just don't pick up the ball as well at night.
I suggested a sign to let folks know, and the staffer agreed.
* Bonus: he just gave me an extra 30 or so balls to make up for the trouble. Nice touch!
