Just got the Ivy and the app continually crashes. Can’t print anything!

my app will not let me add anything to the print queue, I have restarted my phone, ran all updates, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, and checked the Bluetooth, nothing works. I think it might be a settings issue of some sort. Please help! I just want to use my printer!!!

Hi, the app keeps crashing / closing before I can finish editing my photo.
Common dislikes about Canon Mini Print app
- Doesn't let you zoom/rotate accurately
- Can't put on filters, stickers, frames
- Icons won't load
- App won't print, preview stickers, frames, filters, etc.
- White light will continue blinking until printer shuts off or runs out of battery
