Nowsta is really solid. I’m able put in my availability, and have the choice of what jobs I want to pick up.

I had some issues when Nowsta started originally, but the customer support through Nowsta has been really helpful and all those issues have been resolved through the recent updates.

From my perspective as a server, Nowsta is just so cool. Most folks in the catering world have multiple jobs. I was really beginning to feel sorry for my staffing managers, and myself, with the daily emails because shifts are constantly in flux. Being able to adjust my availability and accept/decline work in real time is luxury. Wish all my jobs had an app like this.

Well here we are a new year and Nowsta is still very very slow you would think after the time Nowsta has developed they would work on getting the system to move faster but unfortunately not. Nowsta would be incredible if it worked on time. Many people have complained. If you read the comments it’s the number 1 issue but still they ignore the cries. Anyone looking for urgent requests will prob miss them and if your organizing your week will have to be super patient waiting 5 seconds for each click to refresh your page. Not a very good app for New Yorkers.

this app is a great app! It is filled with needed information and a visual of everything important. Such as pay day (the amount & day I’m getting paid.) A very important detail I enjoy is the directions when signing up for a job because it shows me an estimate of timing. Every company should use this app, it is extremely a very good app!

Nowsta has been such a game changer for me. It is super easy to use and I love having access to my schedule in the palm of my hand. this app also offers Nowstapay which has been a HUGE benefit for my co-workers and I as we face these uncertain times. Work -> Get Paid, it’s that easy.

I really hope you don’t rely on Nowsta to book your main source of income because you will be very disappointed. The user interface is extremely slow. It does not refresh well and when receiving a motivation for a shift, you have to wait 5+ minutes for it to load before seeing the available shift. Then by the time you click on it, the shift is gone. I’ve complained, my coworkers have complained. Overall, a horrible app and the creators don’t both to do anything to fix it.

My emoter uses this app for scheduling. Love it. So easy to understand, maneuver and keep track of it all. Love that it even reminds 24 hours in advance and hours before shift. Gives us all a chance to decline a last minute shift too.

Very user friendly. Constantly updates with new integrations and features. Have used multiple staffing apps and this is the best by far.

So not user friendly, THEN it updates and everything changes and I have to learn it all over again (I’ve only used it for one job so far!!!) THEN it updates again and again and again each time I open Nowsta . So lame. Now wonder the peeps I was working with told me they never use it. Now when I look at my earnings screen it just keeps loading- not giving me a bit of useful information. Yuk

I knew the difference between a girl and a boy by the time I was 3. I’m sure everyone else has too. What a ridiculous and juvenile question to ask in our profiles.

Love the push notifications, very helpful for shift reminders. NowstaPay is great and helps me in between paychecks

I heard it was a good app but I can’t even get an account started it only gives a option to sign in or activate an account. When I put to activate an account I put my number and it says the number doesn’t work .

Great App for employees! It allows the communication between my staff and I super simple and automated. We love using this app!

I keep trying to activate an account however when entering my phone number it keeps saying invalid phone number

Nowsta makes finding high quality help for events as easy as can be. With so many tasks required for putting on a successful event, having an app that makes scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and payroll integration so easy is a godsend. Highly recommend for those in the industry.

App is very slow and freezes often. It is very hard to accept jobs.

We’ve only had it for a few weeks... it’s a great app & I think some of the bad reviews are from people expecting more than Nowsta was meant for —- my main concern with it so far is they don’t really respond on weekends ... that’s inconsistent with the clientele ... we work all the weekends 😬— that’s when we are deep into using the product and have the most questions/need ...also, it is not fully integrated with caterease, but that seems to be on the caterease side(still good to know if you are looking to purchase).....
