How to fix MoneyStats app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MoneyStats app on iPhone
Update MoneyStats app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MoneyStats iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MoneyStats on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MoneyStats network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MoneyStats Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MoneyStats not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MoneyStats App
1. On android, goto Settings » MoneyStats » click [Force Stop]

Update MoneyStats to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoneyStats App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MoneyStats » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MoneyStats.

Fix MoneyStats unable to contact server/ MoneyStats internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MoneyStats » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MoneyStats » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
