My experience with Alif Bank has been incredibly frustrating. I’m currently in the USA and have been unable to access my account. Every time I try, I’m met with an error message saying my phone has been locked due to multiple account access attempts—something I haven’t done. I reached out to their support on Telegram, but after a week, I still hadn’t received a response. I even made an international call to their support line, but again, no answer. I had friends in Tajikistan try to contact them on my behalf, and they were told I’d receive a response on Telegram. Another week passed, and still nothing. The lack of communication, respect, and professionalism from Alif Bank is astonishing. This level of customer service is unacceptable. What is going on, and why is it so difficult to get a simple issue resolved? It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way by a bank. Tell to your owner to create a better bank in Tajikistan, then finish his works in London, at least you won’t treat British customers with such stupidity.

При покупке в рассрочку не показывается полная стоимость товара, все выглядит так, как будто покупаешь товар по стандартной цене. А на самом деле - с огромной комиссией в 75% от стоимости.

Раньше я с удовольствием использовал Alif Mobi для оплаты коммунальных и других услуг из-за выгодных кэшбэков. Это было главным преимуществом приложения! Но недавно условия кэшбэков сильно изменились: теперь суммы возвращаются минимальные, а иногда их практически нет.

Почему компания решила оттолкнуть своих лояльных пользователей? Конкуренты предлагают лучшие условия, и, честно говоря, у меня теперь нет желания пользоваться Alif Mobi.

Если вы хотите сохранить доверие и лояльность своих клиентов, пересмотрите эти изменения. В противном случае многие, как и я, перейдут к другим сервисам.
