Clunky, confusing, non-intuitive interface and prone to bugs. What are any of these organizations thinking when using this platform for their clients? Have wasted so much time trying to figure out the most basic details - how to enroll my child, sign up for classes, etc.
Total garbage app.

Nice concept but TheiClassProApp has been a problem from its inception. Why does it still crash and freeze. It spins constantly trying to move to the next platform but then you flip out of it it’s at the next platform. After i finally got through the first part I have a problem just accepting the policy positions of the school program.

The disclaimer posted on comments that the development team doesn’t monitor the community’s comments is obvious.

These companies should find a different platform source immediately

I have been able to get on TheiClassProApp one time. I have redownloaded more than I can count and it still is telling me error loading. Very unreliable app! I would leave it zero stars if possible! Very difficult to use this as a customer if you can’t log in to be able to pay bills or select gym classes.

This is the most confusing app I got. Just jumping back and forth in TheiClassProApp every time trying to find the correct choice. Won’t download it if not for class. By the way, u can not take your credit card info off it. And recharge is automatically selected.

I was unable to log into my child’s account for her tumbling. I noticed TheiClassProApp needed an update and even after doing that I still cannot get in. It asks for the organizations name, only to tell me it’s invalid. There is no way to login with my email to get to my child’s account.

TheiClassProApp displays a blank page upon logging into my organization. I verified the organization name dorectly with the business and they mentioned that no customers have been successful in getting TheiClassProApp to work. TheiClassProApp is worthless and the business is now looking for an alternative.

It never works. When it chooses to, it doesn’t act like you think it would. You can’t use credits in your account to pay for anything. Half the time it won’t log in or recognize your organization. If your gym uses this, tell them to find something better.

The filter function isn’t working at all. I can’t find any classes and I keep getting an error message telling me to check my internet connection and that the task has timed out, even though I have tried TheiClassProApp in various locations throughout the day. It isn’t my internet.

Asks for organization name, not email address like every app on the planet. No search feature and every permutation (no spaces allowed lol) I try says “no account found”.

Terrible onboarding experience. Hoping it would be better than website where it is impossible to see full schedule (w/ days off) for any of my kids classes.

TheiClassProApp used to be fantastic until one of the updates rendered it unusable. Logging in brings you to a blank screen. Undownloading and reinstalling TheiClassProApp does not help. Thankfully there is still the web browser version accessible through our organization. Don’t waste your energy trying TheiClassProApp and getting frustrated by it.

I saw a response to my initial review about frequent crashes whenever I try to schedule a class using the make up token. The response says that the issue was fixed and I saw the update. I made the update but the issue still remains. Not sure how you guys if you do unit testing or acceptance testing during your SDLC. Your production environment is like a development environment. Too many bugs.

For whatever reason TheiClassProApp goes to a blank screen when I log in. I enter my information and when I click login it goes to a solid blank screen with a back arrow only. As the manager of our gym I’m very frustrated by this as we were trying to launch TheiClassProApp this new year and can’t offer solutions to our customers if they have this issue.

I downloaded TheiClassProApp to view the classes I set up for my grandson. Input the organization and all I get is a white out page for a login. Tried to delete and reinstall, same thing. TheiClassProApp is horrible. Supposedly updated 2 weeks ago, the developer must still be using MS-DOS programming. Very disappointed

Saw an update to TheiClassProApp . Updated and still get the same garbage on trying to login to pivot performance on my iPhone.

Can I do a negative star??

Don’t waste your time on TheiClassProApp. It’s always buggy and has to be shut down completely between each use or it won’t load correctly, but for over the last week it hasn’t even been able to load. Good luck trying to report a problem—it won’t let you because it’s a free app and not purchased. I would definitely look for something else. I wish our cheer:tumbling gym would move on from TheiClassProApp.

Like others have said, this is the most retarded app, but unfortunately our kids’ school uses it. You cannot partial search for the organization. You cannot paste your complex password into the password field if you happen to use a password manager app. If you want to correct your password and you touch the password field, it clears the whole password and you need to retype! I was never able to successfully log in before deleting TheiClassProApp. Now I have to settle with using the website.

I am blind and I use VoiceOver to access the content on my phone. I hate to submit this feedback here because I prefer to do it in a less noisy way through an app's feedback section. However, this is not possible.

TheiClassProApp used to give me close to zero issues. However, as of approximately three months ago, VoiceOver does not work in TheiClassProApp at all. And I mean it went from 99% to 0% in the space of one update. I have given it some time as, somewhat often, these things get fixed. However, nothing has changed and I want to be sure the developers and any VoiceOver users who come to get TheiClassProApp are aware that it is not at all functional right now.

I am hopeful that things can get better. Admittedly, I know little to nothing about coding, but I will be happy to share any information from my end that can assist in restoring the great experience that I had previously.

After 4 days of ‘error when selecting organization’, I reached out to my gym. The organization name is ALL ONE WORD NO SPACES. Agh. As a suggestion and feedback, please make it clearer on the login page and possibly provide suggestions.

I love being able to easily navigate through TheiClassProApp to find classes.

No more white screen of death, not buggy, basically I’m able to use TheiClassProApp now without frustration.

It works now. TheiClassProApp works now. I can login easily now and with Face ID. So they have made TheiClassProApp useable again! I’ve only logged in and haven’t really looked around yet to see if there are issues, but hey, I can login now, so I’m happy.
