I downloaded WellaProfessionalsShadeChart and it is stuck on the 1st page with a wheel that says “downloading images”. I even tried deleting it and downloading it again. Completely useless

App will not open. It says it’s downloading color charts. But it NEVER does. I let it try for almost an hour on my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. Nothing. All it does is drain the battery.

WellaProfessionalsShadeChart has a lot of bugs and it worked really well for a couple of months then recently it won’t even get off the loading page. I used to rely on it since I don’t have a swatch book and I’m kinda disappointed that Wella doesn’t have a better app. I mean y’all have been in the color game for a long time and this technology isn’t new.
