Trion has a unique gamification system that rewards you for all completed workouts along with any other training or sports activities you log.

You can for example work out to increase your explosivity in the golf swing, strengthen your body ahead of an obstacle course race or make sure you have enough power in your legs to ski for a whole week when you’re on vacation.

Every session in your customised workout programme can be completed with full gym equipment, with bodyweight only or with the equipment of your choice.
