Never could get it to connect in China. Tried to get a refund after 10 days, but customer service stopped replying. I have emailed customer service over a dozen times, but they refuse to reply since I asked for a refund. I tried using a different email, but when found out I was trying to get a refund, again they went dark. This is a Chinese company doing business precisely the way the Chinese do business.

The product requires devices to be “linked” to the account. Under the 90 day “VIP” plan, it allows one mobile device only and in order to use another, the first device need to be unlinked from their website. (Not just get disconnected)

this app is great at experimenting with increasing customer pain in order to gain higher profits. And this app doesn’t seem to care if that also gets them some angry customers.

The main page says 15 day money back guarantee. And also the faq says that you cannot purchase SVIP unless invited and that you cannot upgrade VIP to SVIP by paying the difference. I have asked for a full refund as I had difficulties setting up the vpn, and due to the multiple misleading and fraudulent statements on their website, however they are refusing to give me a full refund even though their main page and FAQ and terms of service have conflicting and contradictory information.

I’m in China and a friend recommended me this vpn, after I purchased a subscription it worked fine for a few days and then when I opened Veee it would just be stuck on a loading page with the font stretched. I couldn’t access the page with the vpn switch at all. I’ve tried to reinstall Veee but no luck, please fix this issue

The windows version of vee has a problem. You can’t open it every time you start up your computer as it shows an error message and states that this app is already open. The only way I could fix that problem was to go into task manager and close it every single time.

Please fix this.

I am in China. I was recommended by someone to download Veee and subscribed the account. The connection is good, stable, and fast. Veee is user-friendly. It’s much cheaper than ExpressVPN.
But! There is one big problem that IOS users cannot access WhatsApp with this VPN. I do hope you can solve this problem ASAP. After all, WhatsApp is a very common App. I have to use it to connect with others.

Veee works the best as I’ve installed it for a couple of hours but unfortunately, the email where I need to sign up, doesn’t get sent. And there’s no other way… would be glad to get a response:))

I started using Veee 9 months ago and have had no problems until yesterday. Whatever bug that has to be fixed happened on a day where i need to contact my family the most. That would be ok, if there were updates on the matter. Without the VPN working, it’s impossible to get any updates about what is happening with it. I used Express VPN before this and that is one thing I liked about that app. Even if connections are down, their was a feature/option within Veee to give updates about the fixes being made or at least the comfort of knowing that someone was aware of the issue. There were also ways to troubleshoot. Veee needs a help option and update option, one that works even when Veee is down. Before now, I’ve had no problems so i still give it a 4 for previous months service. I really hope it doesn’t take much longer. I have a family emergency.

The best thing about it is you can use it without even knowing it exists while you browsing on the internet. It literally makes you feel like the wall doesn’t even exist. And all those benefits are based on a really reasonable price. That’s why it is the best.

The payment plans showing 1 iOS and 1 desktop, you only are licensed for one device total. The icons showing 2 iOS and 2 desktop you only are licensed for 2 total devices. Have yet to travel and test, but heard it works well.

Veee is not as fast as I imagine but is fast enough for daily use. Sometimes it breaks out and is really hard to get connected again

This is the best vpn I’ve ever used. It gets connected fast and never disconnects by itself. The connection is stable most of the time. The prize is reasonable. The only problem is that you at least pay for three months, and I only have one months left in China.

It is the best VPN I've ever used. However, I have a phone and an iPad. At first, I though iPad is a device of desktop, but it is not. I cannot turn on VPN connection on this two device. Could you add the ipad as desktop device or add one device that are supported.

When I was using ExpressVPN I always had issues connecting, dropped connects, no connects, slow speed - it was a pain. A friend recommended this app+ and it’s the best I ever had. It connects practically immediately, and stays connected all day. I don’t even feel like I’m using a VPN because it’s so smooth, just working in the background.

Wow, I have to say, this is genuinely the best VPN I have ever had. I have had so many problems with other VPN’s and was unable to use them when i wasn’t connected to wifi. But not this one!! I can use it anywhere, super fast and efficient. Thank you to whoever created it, saving my privacy :)
