Fraudulent service

The main page says 15 day money back guarantee. And also the faq says that you cannot purchase SVIP unless invited and that you cannot upgrade VIP to SVIP by paying the difference. I have asked for a full refund as I had difficulties setting up the vpn, and due to the multiple misleading and fraudulent statements on their website, however they are refusing to give me a full refund even though their main page and FAQ and terms of service have conflicting and contradictory information.

The product requires devices to be “linked” to the account. Under the 90 day “VIP” plan, it allows one mobile device only and in order to use another, the first device need to be unlinked from their website. (Not just get disconnected)
Veee is great at experimenting with increasing customer pain in order to gain higher profits. And Veee doesn’t seem to care if that also gets them some angry customers.
Cannot connect in China

Never could get it to connect in China. Tried to get a refund after 10 days, but customer service stopped replying. I have emailed customer service over a dozen times, but they refuse to reply since I asked for a refund. I tried using a different email, but when found out I was trying to get a refund, again they went dark. This is a Chinese company doing business precisely the way the Chinese do business.
