How to fix Littmann app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Littmann app on iPhone
Update Littmann app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Littmann iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Littmann on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Littmann network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Littmann Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Littmann not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Littmann App
1. On android, goto Settings » Littmann » click [Force Stop]

Update Littmann to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Littmann App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Littmann » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Littmann.

Fix Littmann unable to contact server/ Littmann internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Littmann » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Littmann » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
