I am writing about an issue with Kino Glitch, not the mobile version of the app,formatted to fit an iPhone screen, but the one that fits an ipad. I cannot get a full screen image, and only recently is this a problem. When I insert an image, the thumbnail shows a black bar to either side of it. When I create video from these images, it exports at the wrong aspect ratio, i.e. not 16:9 as was previously the case. Could you please help? I rely heavily on this app to produce my work. How to fix KinoGlitch app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KinoGlitch app on iPhone
Update KinoGlitch app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KinoGlitch iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KinoGlitch on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KinoGlitch network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KinoGlitch Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KinoGlitch not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KinoGlitch App
1. On android, goto Settings » KinoGlitch » click [Force Stop]

Update KinoGlitch to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KinoGlitch App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KinoGlitch » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KinoGlitch.

Fix KinoGlitch unable to contact server/ KinoGlitch internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KinoGlitch » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KinoGlitch » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KinoGlitch
