Summary of Photomator Problems 🔥

- Lack of customizable batch processing

- Inability to customize the interface

- Cumbersome to have to leave the app to edit photos in another app

- No adjustment brush or dodge and burn brush

- Missing selective edits, brushes, noise reduction, and masking on the sharpening tool

- No syncing of presets between iPhone and iPad versions

- Lack of borders feature

- Alters and saves changes to the original photo, which may be worrying for editing in a different app

- App crashes fairly often, especially when swapping back and forth between various takes in the library.

How to fix Photomator app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Photomator app on iPhone
Update Photomator app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Photomator iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Photomator on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Photomator network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Photomator Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Photomator not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Photomator App
1. On android, goto Settings » Photomator » click [Force Stop]

Update Photomator to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Photomator App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Photomator » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Photomator.

Fix Photomator unable to contact server/ Photomator internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Photomator » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Photomator » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Photomator
