Everytime I enter all my info in the daily reflections and ibhit the yellow checkmark when I'm finished, it just all goes away and disappears. Very frustrating to retype all that. I've tried multiple times and keep having the same problem.

I just downloaded this but it keeps going to black screen after I go to reconciliation. Doesn’t seem to have a way to record when I last went to confession.

I downloaded CatholicConfession on Friday and have been trying to set up an account, but it won’t go through. Any suggestions how to fix that? I put in my email and created a password to set up an account, then a box pops up that says “Reconciliation - OK”; I click “OK”, but it just brings me back to the create account page. I tried logging in with my info, but it says account has not been created.

Trying to register is difficult as the email dialog box is hidden. Entering the email is in white type font against a white background. Use contrasting colors to permit registration. Otherwise this is not a realistic app.

I like the concept of CatholicConfession . It makes me think about things I am grateful for, what I have done through my day, and makes me more aware of the things I need to do better. The down side of CatholicConfession is that I can not register. The account registration does not work at all.

I think CatholicConfession is great. It’s very helpful and keeps track of the sins you type down based on the reflection of the day. The only think I wish I could do was edit my reflection after hitting the check button. Other than that, CatholicConfession is fantastic.

Very well done and thought out app for confession. One suggestion - for those new to confession (which is why I got CatholicConfession ), one tab that has a step-by-step of the actual act of reconciliation. I see the Act of Contrition which is helpful but it would be great to have on one page, the entire process. Thanks so much for creating CatholicConfession! I especially like the daily reflection and thorough questions to help with the examination of conscience.

I love the different examinations and yes no options with space to be specific
But I think there could be even more questions and possibly add a section on mortal versus venial sins. Also an option to save

A great way to keep track of progress and what I would like to bring up in confessional. I love that there are examinations for everyone.

Catholic Confession Ap, is a great tool to prepare youself for confession and keeping proper inventory of your daily sins. It allows the Holy Spirit to perfect me into a more perfect image of my Savior Jesus Christ.

CatholicConfession is bringing me closer to Our Father. I feel CatholicConfession is getting me “off the fence” and a “lukewarm” Christian. I treat others better and hoping I treat myself better; I believe that my thoughts and behaviors are directly related to how well or unwell I am. CatholicConfession guides me to the center of what’s really going on( good and not so good). I recommend CatholicConfession to everyone, especially if the feeling of a void isn’t leaving and can’t be filled with whatever else is or has been replacing Our Savior. Thank you so much for CatholicConfession. I thank God for your willingness and mind for creating CatholicConfession. I pray that it will continue to be available.

CatholicConfession offers a way to record your daily spiritual journey while also keeping record of those areas where repentance is needed and logging them so they are not forgotten come time for Confession. I also like how it has areas where you can record events that you are grateful for and another section where you can list objectives and actions for improvement. A delightful app that really has many helpful items for active Catholics! 👍👍

As a spiritual director, I often recommend CatholicConfession for its ease of use. You can add a PIN number for added privacy. Bonus: no data collected by the developer.

This can be used in lieu of a personal notebook! It has an examination of conscience and allows for a secure means to list your failings and saves them for your next confession after which you may delete them! Very well done! I thank God for such a useful app!

I find my self coming back to CatholicConfession time and again to touch base with the things that matter. I also enjoy CatholicConfession keeping the log to help keep things straight when I do go before the Lord.

Why does it require you to log in? Why not just let the user create a 3 or 4-digit passcode to access CatholicConfession ? I also agree with the lack of contrast in some texts as stated by other reviewers. I barely could see where to log in. Notwithstanding my review, I rate it 5 stars because I think the concept of your app is excellent even though I have yet to use it. I am just concerned for the need to log in. For me, a 4-digit passcode is sufficient.

Great way to track sins, share in confessional and then watch them be released and forgiven.
Had an issue and the developer helped resolve it very quickly.
