Account set-up

I downloaded this app on Friday and have been trying to set up an account, but it won’t go through. Any suggestions how to fix that? I put in my email and created a password to set up an account, then a box pops up that says “Reconciliation - OK”; I click “OK”, but it just brings me back to the create account page. I tried logging in with my info, but it says account has not been created.
Maybe a bug?

Everytime I enter all my info in the daily reflections and ibhit the yellow checkmark when I'm finished, it just all goes away and disappears. Very frustrating to retype all that. I've tried multiple times and keep having the same problem.
Problem with app

I just downloaded this but it keeps going to black screen after I go to reconciliation. Doesn’t seem to have a way to record when I last went to confession.
