This app is scam and would highly advise not to download. I don't why they are positive reviews but submitted a transaction and woke up the next day to my account being banned and told to contact support... contacted them and got automated email basically saying they ban accounts for “fraudulent activity” and to prevent this the support team will not respond to these cases. How convenient they just take my money and then determine “fraudulent” activity, pocket all the money, and won’t tell what or why they did it. I bought the card I submitted in my own name the day before and have the purchase receipt which is what a real company worried about fraud would ask for. They are incentivized to ban your account for fraud since that is what makes them the most money and then they just leave you with no explanation to “eliminate fraudulent activity” these guys are the only frauds and scammers here so save your money/card.

So I had $400 in gift cards 2 cards that I needed to cash out I was going to pay $400 towards rent with them so I was like ya this seems like a good idea I then went through the whole process first you have to fill out the gift card info and that’s fine then you have to send a photo of your ID and I’m assuming that’s just to confirm it’s not a stolen gift card and then all I can get out of it was $336 and I was like ok what ever I’m ok with that then I hit submit and then it logged me out I then when to sign back in and they banned me ya they banned me from the app with no reason it says my account was immediately disabled so I was like now what so I have a business so I just processed the $400 in my own company and just like that right into my account so if anyone has a business just do that 100% safe free and you keep all profit

This app is the worst. I had a gift card and wanted to transfer the funds from my gift card to my back card and to do that I just had to provide a picture of the card to prove it was actually mine which it was. So I sent them the picture of the card, scratched out the numbers they instructed me to, and then I received an email saying it was approved and that the money would settle in my account the next day. I check the next and the money was still not there so I emailed them again telling them that it was approved but the money wasn’t there. I then received an email from them saying “oh there has been a miscommunication it was actually rejected” So I asked why it was rejected, they have yet to provide me with the reason why. They’ve been emailing me back no problem until I want to know why my transaction was rejected. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS UNPROFESSIONAL APP!
