Will not accept any password

We’ve “reset” the password 5+ times and it will not let us log in. My boyfriend was so excited about the app but now cannot even log on to cancel the subscription much less actually enjoy the app. Idk if it’s the app or the website but it’s beyond annoying. Also you cannot reset the password from the app which is equally annoying.
