Will not accept any password

We’ve “reset” the password 5+ times and it will not let us log in. My boyfriend was so excited about MyPersonalFootballCoach but now cannot even log on to cancel the subscription much less actually enjoy MyPersonalFootballCoach . Idk if it’s MyPersonalFootballCoach or the website but it’s beyond annoying. Also you cannot reset the password from MyPersonalFootballCoach which is equally annoying.
