Tedious messages, total surveillance
The app is great technically. There are a lot of cars. The support works fine. The prices however are on a high side compared to other car shares in Moscow. But you will be terrified by total control over your style of driving. Road police has no issue with your over speeding, but the big Yandex brother is watching you every second and ready to increase your fees if you accumulate enough >20 km/h overspending events. Want to test your brakes to see how skippery the road is in winter? The big Yandex brother would decrease your rating for abrupt driving. That all would be accompanied by moralizing and as-they-think ironical messages which are supposed to teach you to behave. That attitude to the user is disappointing.

No English speaking customer service
Tried calling and they don’t either have anyone who speaks English or just don’t want to bother finding anyone who speaks English. So if you’re an English speaker, forget this app, there are plenty of others.

Registration problem
No way to register even Russian bank card - “unknown error”. Guys, please add a way to add a card through apple pay or other service. Yandex Go works well, Drive - no.
