Dodge app is pathetic.
I downloaded the app, signed up, registered the vehicle and have not been able to sign in again, the app sent me to the Safari Browser after asking me to reset my password and let me me sign to the Dodge site via Safari. The website te said that there were no recalls which contradicts the letter I got saying the transmission pup was faulty. I asked for the nearest dealer and it sent me to a dealership somewhere in New York, I live on the other side of the country in Washington. So I went to the app. It said that my password was unidentifiable. I actually went through the whole process all over again and got the same result. Screw it.

Login Issues and Archaically Slow
This should be an exciting app for Mopar enthusiasts if only they produced an app as fast their cars, by downloading this you will experience constant login issues which will tell you your password does not match when it when works fine on the actual website. If you’re actually able to access the apps contents the load times are so egregious you’ll likely quit trying or get distracted by something shiny...

Glitches on iPad
The app looks useful, but it has problems running on an iPad. It crashes frequently and closes spontaneously. The app has one flaw that renders it almost useless to me. It does not recognize me as the owner of the vehicle so I can’t see the maintenance records.
