Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Puzzledom app issues:

Force Stop the Puzzledom App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Puzzledom app. » click "Force Stop".

Clear Puzzledom App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Puzzledom app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Puzzledom.
