They take your money and bill you for every spam call that comes in. Not one of my calls ever came through on Sonetel20 so when I was out of the country and counting on having calls come through wifi, I instead got whacked with their absurd charges and roaming charges from my US service provider. I have been receiving 15 spam calls in a row and getting charged for all of them. Further, they are charging me for making phone calls on my own phone line and not even through their app. Their customer service was non-responsive and the one time they did respond, they gave me a half-baked answer I did absolutely nothing to help. Do not use this company!

Sonetel has great customer service! They answer your questions promptly. I don’t have a lot of experience using Sonetel20 yet however it works well and is streamlined. I did notice that there are no push notifications for when someone is calling you over the web. Sonetel20 has to be open to see the call come through. I don’t know if this is a settings issue on my end or just something that’s not supported by Sonetel20 . The call forwarding feature works very well!

The Sonetel app is just what I needed as I wanted to have access to a Canadian phone number while I was abroad. It’s allowed me to have calls forwarded to my local cellphone with ease. Great service!

I have been using this service for over a year and recently switched to using Sonetel20 . Although I am still learning to navigate my way through Sonetel20 efficiently I must say that I am impressed by the level of service received from the support staff.

As I travel extensively due to my work, I was looking for a phone number solution that would fit my needs. I came across Sonetel during searching the web and decided to try them out. Since I signed up, Sonetel20 and website platform as well as the features included have really performed as wanted. You even receive a transcript of recordings left in your voicemail. I have yet to explore all the services offered with the package but sure they will not disappoint when the time comes. And to boot, hats off for a very responsive and personal support team ready and able to assist with any issues or questions you may have. Keep up the good work!

Sonetel helps me run my business in the USA. I always feel very close to him in all aspects and people can communicate with me on the phone without problems, even if I’m not keeping an eye on my phone through the call recording and transcription service. Sonetel gives a prompt answer to all my questions with an excellent service from anywhere in the world. I am very happy with it!

I came accross Sonetel a couple of years ago when I was looking to purchase a number easy to remember.
After a few attempts I found what I liked, and effortlessly ported it to my regular provider. Lately I decided to have an additional local number as an option.
I picked one, and keep it with Sonetel.
I can have incoming calls go to voice mail box, or be forwarded to a number of my choice. Very convenient.
BTW, the customer service is very approachable, they even call you if needed.

I am an expat living out of USA. But still get many calls from family friends an businesses.
By having a local NY number (which forwards to my local overseas cellphone at two cents a minute) it is extremely easy to stay in touch. And those calling don’t have to worry about international dialing or country codes. Works wherever I am even on roaming package (with my regular cell number) in a third country.
Great app for me. !!
Planning to use it to make calls as well using Sonetel20 .

Sonetel20 is perfect for someone who works overseas but still needs to have a U.S. number. It allows me to return calls from my Costa Rican mobile number but have it show up in the receiver’s caller ID as a local U.S. number. And of course, incoming calls can be directed to my personal cell. Have had a great experience with this product. The cost is low and the customer service has been great. Highly recommended!

I just received a call from Vikas at SONETEL and I am very satisfied with the way my concern was handled. Vikas was able to troubleshoot the problem successfully and resolve the issue which was apparently at my end due to email server challenges. I really like the interface of Sonetel20 ...went with Sonetel when looking for a location specific number because they had the ability to allow me to make and accept calls from the country where one of my companies is registered. Nice customer service too.

Great service provided by this company. Using their service 2 days already loved it. Now I’m able to have any Country phone number anywhere, it’s comfortable for someone who traveling around the world and change his locations often. Great rates.

Was considering signing up for Skype's international phone number until I read a review about Sonetel on a blog. Sonetel20 is intuitive; runs smoothly on my old iPhone 4s. Has all the features my local telcos offer and more - call forwarding, voicemail, call recording and even SMS!! Calls connect perfectly. Audio is flawless. Also, price is great, especially when compared to the competition. Above all, when you have any difficulty Sonetel has a terrific support team to help you out!!!
