Complete Ripoff

They take your money and bill you for every spam call that comes in. Not one of my calls ever came through on the app so when I was out of the country and counting on having calls come through wifi, I instead got whacked with their absurd charges and roaming charges from my US service provider. I have been receiving 15 spam calls in a row and getting charged for all of them. Further, they are charging me for making phone calls on my own phone line and not even through their app. Their customer service was non-responsive and the one time they did respond, they gave me a half-baked answer I did absolutely nothing to help. Do not use this company!
Great Customer service!

Sonetel has great customer service! They answer your questions promptly. I don’t have a lot of experience using the app yet however it works well and is streamlined. I did notice that there are no push notifications for when someone is calling you over the web. The app has to be open to see the call come through. I don’t know if this is a settings issue on my end or just something that’s not supported by the app. The call forwarding feature works very well!

I have been using this service for over a year and recently switched to using the app. Although I am still learning to navigate my way through the app efficiently I must say that I am impressed by the level of service received from the support staff.
