This app is a gimmick . Don't rent your clothes out on it there are many other apps and companies that are more upfront, fair, pay more, and actually respond on time. Pickle is amazing try that !
The customer service team has screwed me over, lost my items, didn't help me retrieve them, have never provided me with the late fees they promise , they don't even have a clear cut FAQ page.
Do not trust them with shipping your designer clothes out they will not protect you if anything happens.

I absolutely love Tulerie! It makes me feel like Andy after her Runway makeover 😆!
Living in city means closet space is at a minimum. I have been a long time Rent the Runway user both to satisfy my craving for new trends without filling up my closet, but also to try designer pieces that are painful to purchase for occasions that call for something that may only be worn a handful of times. The more I learn about the environmental impact of fast fashion it has become impossible to ignore. I’d love to be able to reduce my footprint by borrowing from my social network, but it just so happens that neither my sister or my friends share my body type/size or taste in fashion.
Tulerie instantly expands my borrowing options and while Rent the Runway trends toward the approachable, Tulerie always seems to have something new that I’ve been stalking online, hoping/waiting for a sale. I also really love the ability to follow the closet of another user who has listings in my size or a similar sense of style. Now I really only have to refresh my basics on occasion and let Tulerie handle the rest! The app upgrade makes listing items easy and earning money from things that are just hanging in my closet is a game changer!!

I am a college fashion student and have done trend research on clothing rental and what direction it’s headed in the future for sustainability. Tulerie was one of the rental companies I was most interested in learning more about, especially since they follow a peer-to-peer swapping method. I later joined the Tulerie community myself, and fashion rental is one of the best decisions I have made this year! As a sustainability advocate and someone who loves buying clothes and wearing new trends, rental has allowed me to experience both in a healthy manner. The Tulerie in-app closet is full of a wide variety of luxury brands, including new and old collection pieces, and the lending and borrowing are straightforward. The weekly emails clearly display the criteria and information for the lender and borrowers to understand how the process works. I love shopping in the Tulerie closet, and I appreciate the community of like-minded people joining together to be the future of fashion. I am a firm believer in #buylessborrowmore, and that’s why I love Tulerie!
