Falla siempre

En mi caso nunca he logrado usar el app zity de manera satisfactoria, siempre dice que tengo una reserva expirada y tengo que usar el call center para poder reservar coches y finalizar viajes. También es cierto que la ubicación no siempre es exacta hay que mirar en los alrededores ya que los coches no siempre están donde dice la app. El servicio como tal es excelente, y los coches ni hablar de cómo molan, pero la app le falta corregir muchos bugs por lo menos en iOS.

The app does not work, it will reserve a different car on the other side of the city. Reserve non existent vehicles, will not open or close. It’s a disappointment. Please fix it
Funciona bien pero no siempre

En general la app funciona bien y el servicio genial, pero suele haber problemillas con la ubicación de los coches. No están precisamente donde indica la app, a veces a la vuelta de la esquina o en la otra acera. Y mejor fijarte bien en la ubicación y luego mirar por google maps para asegurarse.
