I have been part of other survey groups and this is the best one by far. The surveys are also interesting, thought provoking, and fun!!

I never really had an issue with Community, aside from having to switch back and forth between the different communities. However, about 2-3 months ago I started having issues logging into any of the communities I’m apart of which has resulted in me losing numerous survey opportunities. I’ll click the link via email and it opens Community , but it immediately says “login failed” at the top and get stuck loading. I’ve hard closed Community , reinstalled Community , turned my phone on and off, disconnected from WiFi; nothing has worked. Only one of the communities I can find online to take via browser, the others I can’t. Other than that, app is great.

I’m noticing a reoccurring theme. The major level of discontent lies in the inability of hopping to different “communities.” This doesn’t seem like it would be all that hard to fix, so my assumption is that they don’t want to. If the competition is that fierce then choose different apps to represent your company. You’re forcing people to choose one over another. Until that’s resolved, my rating will remain low. (And please don’t give me the standard copy/paste developer response…it’s a little insulting)

Never had an issue using this for The Pet Lovers this app. Tried to take a survey today and didn’t qualify. Now I am stuck on that “you didn’t qualify” screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still the same. Log into the computer and it’s doing the same thing. Tried to reach out to App Support and it keeps asking me if I want to schedule a demo????????
I hate leaving negative reviews, but have no other way to reach the company at this time.

I love Community! However, lately it's been on stuck on one screen for weeks. I tried to delete Community , go on desktop but I cant access the rest of the this app anymore. It just keeps showing the same thing.

I’m disappointed that I cant log in to my accounts without getting locked out for the first time. Also, I redeemed a gift card a couple days ago and I haven’t received it so I don’t want to be wasting my time dealing with Community anymore if the problem isn’t solved

I’ve been a member since 2014 and been rewarded with soooooo many gift cards. Just to have an opinion once in a while!

Just like others have mentioned, I have been part of one this app and just did a survey this am and it instantly changed my app to represent the new this app and removed me from the other?! WHAT GIVES?! How do I switch back?

I have multiple companies recommending Community to participate in their discussions and surveys. There seems to be no way to access them all using Community. Why just one and no way to easily switch? Such a basic requirement. Maybe you need better programmers?

I truly enjoy all the surveys and discussions on this platform. All the surveys are relevant, easy to complete , and understand. The rewards are very fair.

Community is easy to use and you can earn rewards quickly.

I love Community but I just wish it was easier to switch between the different platforms !!

I re-installed & it works as it should now.

It’s a cool app, pretty convenient and easy to use. But it would be much better to switch between communities. Now I have to use the browser to get to my other account.

Been a member for about a year and just redeemed $25 petco gift card. It’s fun to take pet parent focused surveys!

What going on with the this app app. I can’t login from Community or any other way for that matter. I am missing out on the surveys I received through email because I can’t login.

How is one supposed to switch from one this app back to another. I’d been invited to 2 using Community but since picking up a second company that also uses it I can’t use Community for the other this app. Is there a fix??
