I’m noticing a reoccurring theme. The major level of discontent lies in the inability of hopping to different “communities.” This doesn’t seem like it would be all that hard to fix, so my assumption is that they don’t want to. If the competition is that fierce then choose different apps to represent your company. You’re forcing people to choose one over another. Until that’s resolved, my rating will remain low. (And please don’t give me the standard copy/paste developer response…it’s a little insulting)

Never had an issue using this for The Pet Lovers Community. Tried to take a survey today and didn’t qualify. Now I am stuck on that “you didn’t qualify” screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled app and still the same. Log into the computer and it’s doing the same thing. Tried to reach out to App Support and it keeps asking me if I want to schedule a demo????????
I hate leaving negative reviews, but have no other way to reach the company at this time.

I’m disappointed that I cant log in to my accounts without getting locked out for the first time. Also, I redeemed a gift card a couple days ago and I haven’t received it so I don’t want to be wasting my time dealing with this app anymore if the problem isn’t solved
