In the short amount of time I have had the app, about a month, I’ve had to contact “support” twice. The first time was because the mobile app does not work correctly on the iPad. The activity information doesn’t not center correctly. So when I slide from one activity screen to the next I’ll get half of the first screen and half of the second screen. Their support stated that “…we do not scale our mobile app to fit the iPad screen.” After explaining to them that this occurred wether or not the app was scaled up. They then told me to either use the mobile app on an iPhone, which I don’t have, or log in to their website from a desktop computer.
This led me to the second “support” contact. I created a webpage shortcut for my iOS Home Screen that pointed to the login page on their site. But when attempting to login, I kept getting an error from their website that “An unknown error has occurred.” When explaining to them using detailed steps of exactly what I did, including screenshots, they basically brushed me off tell me again that they don’t support iPads. I even went so far as attempted to test the webpage shortcut on a coworkers iPhone and still got the error when attempting to login, but it fell on deaf ears.
Both the application and webpage have since been removed since MoveSpring won’t support iPads, even for the website.

I try to use my Fitbit it constantly has issues so then I have to change to sync with Apple Health. When I try to resync with my Fitbit it asks if I want to allow like usual I tap allow and the button depresses but nothing happens. I can hit it 500 times and nothing. Try to restart the app restart my phone etc. every once in a while it will work and then I can re-sync. This just started about a month ago. I try it with other devices like garmin etc and does the same thing you tap allow button depresses but nothing happens. Very very very frustrating. So at this point it just works with my phone. I then have to use a third party app to sync my Fitbit stats to Apple and sync. Might as well just remove all the other device options since none of them work correctly.

Not clear how to navigate in many instances. For example, if you want to see how you stack up individually against other people it is not clear how to get that list. I have stumbled upon it twice. How I got there, I have no idea. Also, chatting with teammates is not clear either. Nice app, but needs a lot of work.
