This game used to be wonderful. Every update only made it better. Then they changed how you choose routes and trucks and I can’t even play it any more. You now have to drag and drop, which is much less efficient than simply clicking the trucks and routes, but I can’t even figure out which routes I’m choosing. I keep choosing the routes I want, only to watch the truck go to another place. I am level 97 and used to play this game every day but it’s now a complete mess. I’m so disheartened.

I have now waited through 3 updates for a fix but the game still sends my trucks on crazy routes that I didn’t choose. I am deleting my once favorite game.

1. They apparently think that they know better where they want to send a things than players. For example if want to send passengers from all of your bus stop to the dock, you can’t if there’s a city near a bus stop that wants passengers. This scenario restricts the move of goods in various ways throughout the game now.

2. You can select the option to not watch an ad all you want and 9 times out of 10 it will play the ad anyway.

3. A whole lot of fixing things that weren’t broken has made this game annoying.

Used to be able to select which truck for a route so you could use trucks with low fuel on quick jobs and high fuel on long runs. Now you can only select the truck with the most fuel. Hard to use your fuel efficiently. Used to be able to select supply from either the warehouse or direct from the source. Now it’s only from warehouse even if warehouse doesn’t have enough material for entire run. Now want to demolish warehouses I worked hard to upgrade. They stripped all the nuance out of the game that made it challenging and fun.

This has been one of my daily go to apps for a few years. Once all areas have been unlocked, there is still a reason to play this great game. Mainly, the weekly event that allows the player to earn tickets that can be traded for new trucks that help build a powerful fleet. However, over the last few months, the event has not been functional more often than it has. Even worse, I spent real money for, “Infinite Fuel”, which comes back after an update, only to disappear again after 2 weeks. Overall, this is an unreliable app at best. I wonder if the lights are still on. Don’t spend money on it.

I like the game. It’s interesting and will keep me pretty interested. However I paid 299 of the dollars to have infinite gas for a week and it didn’t go through. Thinking I needed to do something else I accidentally paid for it again. But I still don’t have the gas although the dollars are definitely gone. It would be a 4 star rating if it wasn’t for that.

The game is pretty addicting and similar to other transport games where you collect vehicles, move cargo, and earn parts to upgrade the vehicles to load more cargo. The problem is that the game is very stingy with the upgrade parts, especially since the vehicles break down and eventually need parts just to get them moving again. By the second stage of the game, my vehicles aren’t really moving more than 10 items at a time, if that, making for very slow progress. Eventually I just got frustrated and deleted the game.

I have been playing this game for awhile now and I like it. I’ve had to reset my games several times it takes what feels like forever to get the email right so it gets to the right people to actually reset it . They also can’t mix old and new content together. If I have any more problems with game I might end up getting rid of it permanently

This update from May of 2022 is terrible. You have officially ruined this game. The only thing that is nice or useful is the ability to swap trucks in and out via the new interface. The game is so cumbersome now,. Hopefully more players will complain so you can patch it up quickly.

** it took me a while to get into/adapt to this new update but I have to say that I’ve become very fond of it now. So what changed? For me personally, it has been the UGI. I discovered that it became very intuitive to use both hands to navigate through different tasks etc. The game has an almost ambidextrous feel to it now. At first I didn’t get it, which is why I found the update so frustrating. But I think its great now! **

Been play TK:T now for about a month and really enjoying. The pacing is good and I love the transport puzzles and upgrade system. Downside though is I signed up for the gold pass for the nice boosts and no ads but I lose benefits constantly, often mid game session. It will eventually start working again but can be annoying when you’re stuck watching ads or have too many drivers deployed and you can’t adjust them cause you’re over capacity. Seems like a long-standing bug as looking at the help articles it’s been a known issue for at least 100+ days.

Otherwise a great game barring the aforementioned bug and it’s the only thing keeping it from a fifth star for me.

The drivers make the game difficult. You have to balance ingredients and drivers and with some of the items it requires more drivers than you are given. Multiple orders can be impossible because of drivers. It’s a very time consuming game in its current setup which makes it difficult to play at times. I would say either give us the ability to hire drivers or provide one driver for each truck that’s owned. You have a ton of order but if your not paying real world cash you can do one complicated order or a bunch of order that pay little to nothing

I love How we get to make roads, unlock more places, and complete deliveries. My one suggestion is that it should have the chat for every one no matter what level you are on, I am only allowed to be on this game every weekend so every time I go on this game I hope to be able to unlock the chat but it’s hard though I like to unlock other places.

Like most game apps these days, after about a month or two of playing and climbing levels, the levels become fewer and farther between, the prizes for achieving a new level — despite achieving it now 100x harder than earlier levels—are disappointing, and game play becomes routine and repetitive. It’s not just this game but most games of this genre.

So, I have some suggestions for anyone who cares to listen:

1) after level 40 how about you unlock some train routes where by you could fully automate delivery of the lowest level ingredients — higher level ones still only by truck. The trains could be expandable by number of transport cars and they could be routed above ground — elevated trains to carry thinks like oil to the paint factory and various ores to the various factories as rates of 100s per car. This would really take the monotony out of something which used to be fun but now is just annoying.

2) How about busing people to other places such as the diner? City to city instead of just stops to city?

3) New places to sell could be built in cities such as shopping mall: which could hold a big standard orders (like 50) of 10 different things and when the city needs those things they could be taken from the mall first.

I’m up to level 80 and I’ve known for awhile someone has hacked my account because my numbers kept going up even when I’ve missed a week or so. Now when I try to load the game it won’t. Can you look in to it please. I’ll quit playing before I start over. Thanks!

Great game, but with the last update it won’t load past 40%. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, made sure it has the latest update, and even restarted my iPad, but nothing has worked.

Update: as developer mentioned, game is working for me again. Love the updates made to the game.

It’s a fun game to pass time but it does have some flaws. I’m unsure if it’s a glitch or if the game needs work, my particular issue that I’ve seen (and I’m unsure if other relate) is that after the initial loading screen I’ll show “Level up” a lower level then I’m at at then with proceed to repeat the same screen before it’ll show “level up” to the level I’m actually leveling up to but will repeat that screen over and over. Uninstalled and reinstalled still same issues. Other than that it’s a great time passer

This game is so fun I can play it ever day it’s not boring or anything that negative and is super fun like upgrading city are fun because when the reach new levels you can see them level up same with roads and love the updates to recommend five star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Been playing for a few years and can’t get enough! I did have issues with my account at one point, but the developers were extremely responsive and fixed everything quickly. I love this game and their team. Thanks for making such an awesome game.

I’ve really enjoyed this game. It’s not so addictive that I feel like I need to stop playing all together but it’s fun enough to play several times a day. The UI is great and allows for a lot of stuff but doesn’t try to pack in too much information. It’s also not at all necessary to spend in game cash which is great.

I think each mission/challenge should have an after action report on how each truck performed and with that how trucks lacked and so forth for better clarity on how each mission should be better organized... but this game is fantastic all and all most added details are working fabulous

It hard to tell how many trucks and drivers are available. I click on the truck icon and select the parked option and it shows me available trucks. I go to the game and they are not available when I try to create a route. I would like to see a driver / truck graphic updated real time so I know where I am.
