Does NOT work on LTE Data only WiFi! I am using a iPhone X and have latest version!

It keep showing an error msg that said something to the effect, “Not Connected to Internet/No Data Connection.” I tried it on both LTE and my home WiFi. Same results. I tried other Apps such as BestBuy, Google, Walmart, etc. They all worked just fine on both LTE & WiFi. This went on for about 15 mins before I just gave up.

Plus UPSGo does NOT have a feedback or contact Developer feature. Lame!

For people who don’t work in front of a computer, UPSGo provides more than news and secure view of paycheck stubs. There are videos from executives, regional insights (like security during a hurricane) and opportunities to show UPS pride. I like touchID and facialID too.

UPSGo is garbage. Don’t even waste your time. Makes you sign in constantly just to visit other parts of the same page. Pointless and irritating. But the thing that bothers me the most is that when I want to view my paycheck the page never comes up for me to even see it. You’d think a company like this would be able to create a useful app. Fix this garbage.

Is this some kind of a joke.... I actually have to sign in every time I go from one part of UPSGo to the other ... for example if I am looking at my time card and want to see my pay check I have to sign in again and to go to the discounts I have to sign in again and to go back to time card guess what I have to sign in again .not to forget I signed in to log in UPSGo ... typical UPS

Would not recommend. Try implementing the following for part-time employees to gain better access and to inform:

1) !* Start Times *!
2) Daily statistics (Volume)
3) Daily PCM
4) Instructional Videos (How to build a wall)
5) A direct line to contact maintenance when rollers and chutes slow down production
6) A direct line to contact UPS security
7) View Vacation Weeks
8) View Holidays
9) Able to access scheduled Days Off
10) Alerts when full-time jobs become available. (Not just driving jobs)

For part-time employees, it’s like we’re still living in the stone ages when it comes to gaining access to the above information. I’m positive others would agree!

Used it to view my paycheck. That worked. Viewed some articles that worked. Tried out discounts. Fell apart. Kept kicking me out. Making me login again. Very frustrating. If you want us to use UPSGo then make the developers and managers actually use it for real. Then you might get something that it sound and useful.

I just downloaded UPSGo , and have been trying for a long time to log in-unsuccessfully. It keeps saying “log in fail”. That is not true because I am able to log in on the website. The ‘c’, and the ‘o’, disappears in my email when I click “login”. I don’t know if that is relevant..
Clicking the “help” or “forgot password” link does not work.

Never can log in. Have tried over and over. Locked out now so I just deleted app. Once your locked out no getting in again. You try the log on help touch it it has no response. Can’t finger touch if you can’t get in.

Still no change. I tried again to touch the log in help. No response and password help no response.

I love getting all my important information about UPS right at my fingertips. Really cool I can executive videos too!

I am unable to view pay stubs among other features seen available in the description.

Constantly asking me to login and is in a weird mobile/desktop view. The layout is pretty bad and doesn't provide efficiency in areas where it is definitely needed.

I think this is a pretty good app. One small problem is that it will post the same comments on a news article numerous times.

Aside from temperamental login issues, this is much better than what we had before.

This is a great app. My sister works for ups and uses UPSGo to stay connected to whats going on at the company.

UPSGo keeps everyone connected and informed on the go!
