Заказ в обработку принялся только после контакта с саппортом, 20 минут спустя. Приготовление длилось ещё дольше. Курьера долго не было, еда приехала 2 часа спустя вместо обещанных 40-60 минут.
Саппорт (второй оператор) отвечает раз в 10 минут, ничего не ускорил, сослался на !дождь!
Из-за дождя эта служба доставки привозит еду на час позже.
Приложение статус заказа не обновляло, начало показывать ошибку, что нет интернета, хотя интернет был.
Если не хотите голодать - не пользуйтесь!
