I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14. iTaksi has basic user interface issues — no matter how hard I try I can’t tap on the “destination” to set where I want to go, and it sets the destination to the exact same as my pickup location. I literally tried for 10 minutes to get this to work.

Scammer and fraud , I don’t recommend iTaksi for anyone
iTaksi is useless. I tried the yellow cab, turquoise or black so many times in different locations around Istanbul with no luck. I don’t know whats wrong with iTaksi. Its useless.
I recommend you to not use iTaksi
Use public transportation is better, safer and cheaper. I got scammed by these drivers two times and yeah I learned a lesson To take it again what matter my circumstances is.
Basically they change the route to take more money and when you tell them to take the best route they will not listen to you.
Don’t tell you need Turkish to tell I know that I already I took 3 months course so I can survive here!

Tried to get black and turquoise taxis many times from different locations using different payment methods but never got a taxi.
I will be hesitant to visit Istanbul again considering the limitations of on-demand taxies specially after banning Uber and Careem and limiting them to city very low quality and small taxies.
iTaksi already needed updates, now it’s just crashing.
Please add languages like arabic and english to iTaksi

The application its good but the map and the GPS needs more update because its so much slower and didn’t give the taxi driver the good signal for the address
Disappointed that you need a Turkish phone number to use iTaksi. Would be great if this was available to international travelers
I use this app as my uber/grab of Turkey. Drivers are responsible and respectful and cars are clean.
Crazy taxi drivers, many times they accept the ride and cancel immediately. Or after they accepted the ride you can track them driving completely another direction without noticing you.
