The app had basic and major problems
I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14. The app has basic user interface issues — no matter how hard I try I can’t tap on the “destination” to set where I want to go, and it sets the destination to the exact same as my pickup location. I literally tried for 10 minutes to get this to work.

Useless application and unfortunately no replacement
Tried to get black and turquoise taxis many times from different locations using different payment methods but never got a taxi. I will be hesitant to visit Istanbul again considering the limitations of on-demand taxies specially after banning Uber and Careem and limiting them to city very low quality and small taxies.

Not recommend
I recommend you to not use this app Use public transportation is better, safer and cheaper. I got scammed by these drivers two times and yeah I learned a lesson To take it again what matter my circumstances is. Basically they change the route to take more money and when you tell them to take the best route they will not listen to you. Don’t tell you need Turkish to tell I know that I already I took 3 months course so I can survive here! I have send a complaint to them but nobody Answered me. Thanks for that good service.
