Careful - This app if used to book travel from the USA will NOT comply with the USA law allowing cancellation of your booking for no fee within 24 hours of booking.
I booked airfare using this app, and then called to cancel within 24 hours, and the representative from the Airline was quite rude and told me that they did not have to honor the USA laws on the 24 hour refund because the booking from the app “goes through Italy” and therefore they have no legal obligation to honor USA law to USA users booking travel from the USA on the app. The rep refused to get a supervisor on the line when I politely requested this multiple times, and told me she would hold the line as long as needed until I hung up. My credit card company’s Fraud department had to cancel the booking on my behalf.

This airline is terrible. Their customer service people are rude and unhelpful. If you ask a question because you do not understand they threaten you. They asked for personal information over the phone, passport, social and birthdate... when I asked why it was required they tried to intimidate me saying they won’t help me and refused to let me speak with a manager. When I called back it was worse. Their online check in system and app are so terrible they are anti-helpful. Very disappointed that I tried to avoid this company after one bad experience and my Delta flight ended up being serviced by them and requiring me to interact with them.

I’ve kept tracked of a flight for several days. Each day the flight lands at its published time regardless how late it departs. Today the application reports the flight is “in flight” and actual arrival time indicated the flight has arrived. The tab for contacting the company is by telephone only NO! Texting. The application forces the user to enter all information concerning the users flight regardless of the fact that info’s available within the database forcing the use to waste time and remember information that already exists. I hope this company’s pilots fly their delta airplanes then the reservation software
