Word Collect Word Puzzle Games Status

Full puzzle earned (wildlife sagari) and will not clear screen to continue.

When I launch the app to play the daily challenge, it goes straight to a level. I can't get it to allow me to do the daily challenge.

I have been playing the game and am enjoying it but on level 99/Family. The word daughter is spelled incorrectly. They have it duag instead of daug and naturally the system will not accept the word to move on.

Every other day it's something, today it keeps rapidly advancing though 0 too 100 percent and stops...

Can't get passed the Daily Reward screen. I pick a box and it fades but then eventually it boots me out. I have played 11,000+ games and don't want to start over. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Game keeps closing when I try to watch the ads for free coins. I have over 50,000 oranges and I do not want to lose them. I am on level 1718

It seems like something changed in the game. I have been unable to collect my reward. Please help, I need all the help I can get on your game.

I had played upto level 1350 or so, but there was a crash and all the data is lost since the phone malfuntioned. How do i restore all the scores? i do not want to play from start..

There is no seven letter word to make using “Spitedm” in level 4313.

The storage for Word Collect document and data has grown to 96Gb. Will status and settings be retained if I delete app and reinstall?

Hasn’t loaded game or gets stuck on daily prize and it won’t load. I don’t want to lose all my winnings by deleting.

Every time I try to collect my bonus coins for extra words etc it throws me out of the game. Sort it or I'm going to have to bin your game

After the ad is finished instead of getting coin for watching the ad, it goes back to the page where the word collect app is to open and play the game. If I reinstall the game app how do I save the level 1615 where I am at?

Game 140. 5 spaces for words. Only 4 answers on answer page. I even tried bonus words many times. No help I can’t move to game 141

My word collect app won’t work. It goes to the page and freezes without opening. It’s been 5 days now. It’s my favourite game.

Why did I lose my points? I had over 12,000 points and I lost them all.
