Close and restart the Dikalo app on iPhone
Update Dikalo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dikalo iPhone app

To resolve Dikalo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Dikalo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dikalo app issues:

Force Stop the Dikalo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dikalo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dikalo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dikalo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dikalo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dikalo.

Fix Dikalo unable to contact server/ Dikalo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dikalo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dikalo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dikalo on android.
