While the app works well, we found to our disappointment and after wasting a lot of time that some of the information in the site is out of date. For example, Planet Hollywood only honored dining until 5pm, whereas the site said it was good until 11pm; the site said we had to go to the Grayline Tourist Center in the Port Authority building to get TimeLooper, but that is only if you want to purchase the virtual reality goggles (doesn’t tell you that You can download the app and use your smartphone). Not only that, but the site said that Grayline is open until 9pm, but they close at 8m. Also, In every attraction we had to stand in a long line with other ticket buyers, whereas City Pass users always had a special line.
The attractions were all very good and the value is good; just need to be more diligent in keeping the info in the app current.

Overpriced because you will never do all the attractions to make it worthwhile. If you choose to buy for a select amount of attractions, it’s not worth it because you barely save any money and you still wait in a long line to redeem a ticket. People with passes like CityPass has almost no line the 9/11 museum, meanwhile we waited more than 30 minutes to obtain a ticket. Don’t buy this pass and certainly never buy it from a rebates website because they don’t honor the transaction. Buy your tickets directly from the attraction.

Do not purchase this pass. I purchased a 2 attraction flex pass for $69 to some things we wanted to see with the intention of using their ‘free entry attractions’
It’s on the app , you can view them under attractions.
We called two customer service representatives to be told by both that the free entry attractions are included with your purchase.
Results - they are absolutely not and no such thing as a free entry attraction. Soooo why are they on the app?
End results : it would have been cheaper for us to actually pay general admission to two attractions.
Paying the entry fee would have been a total of $53 and all four of us paid $69!
This is such a scam. We even purchased the insurance with our tickets - a Waste
