For everyone complaining that it’s not fair because it’s not in English, please stop. If you are in a foreign country, they are not required to have your language available. I have my 2-3 go to orders and it is significantly cheaper then Starbucks. Delivery is always fast and it is easier than trying to fumble through google translate to order in person. I wish there were different sizes but on days when I need a large, I order 2. And it is still cheaper than a large at Starbucks.

For people who don't understand Chinese, you guys totally ignored the fun part of using this non-English app.

Mystery boxes!!! Just read pictures and have an adventure. Trust lukin and order randomly. For the past three years, lukin always brings us surprises, coconut milk latte, grapefruit latte, you name it.

For some weird reason, my account was cancelled. I tried to ask if they could reinstate it but I was told that there was no option or solution. Although for most locals, they have multiple phone numbers and could probably easily find an option, I don’t. In the end, it just feels odd. When I called for help, I was told I have no option. And so in the end as it now is public. I hope it realizes it needs to up its professionalism.

Alas, I will shifting allegiances back to Starbucks.

I used to be able to read the products and descriptions in English within luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 . Sometime during the last few months, my app stopped showing anything in English. It’s frustrating, because luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 used to be in English, and English is still listed as a supported language by luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 .

Get your act together and provide customer service. I’ve been ordering from Starbucks instead due to this inconvenience. Do you not value foreign customers?

This is how I know this company is a scam, no way to select a different langue in luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 ? This would lead to more sales, since the only way to order is luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 . It would take maybe 5 hours to make a translated menu. I am giving up and going to Starbucks.

I ordered a coffee easy enough but when I went to go pick up the coffee there was no store. The location that luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 has for the store was incorrect I eventually went into the hotel who’s parking lot was supposed to be the store. They said it was two blocks further down. I could not pick up my coffee because I had to get to work. Please put the correct location for your stores.

Foreigners love coffee much more that Chinese do.!!
The best coffee on China is Luckin but they only let you buy coffee through their app!! Rhe app is ONLY in Chinese !!! Its just not fair or considerate to other people... Just please give us an English option for luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 ... Be fair.. you will make MUCH more money if you listen to me. ... Currently Luckin is being evil to not share their coffee with English speakers... I will go to Starbucks instead

It does its job well. No complaints here. It’s required when ordering coffee from any Luckin Coffee location.

I like luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 , it’s really easy to work with luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 . Cheap coffee and easy to order for ppl who are living in China.

I downloaded luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 and tried to log in. But all it says is that I don’t have an internet connection. I tried several times but the message pops up. Hope this frustrating problem.

Good coffee, friendly staff, app was a bit difficult to learn an English option would be very helpful.

The updates are great, please add more languages, The Luckin Coffee is going to be an international brand, I think the wise thing to add other languages to luckincoffee瑞幸咖啡 .
