I've been dealing with the game crashing within 10 minutes of playing since their previous 2 updates yet they claimed in May that the crash issue with iOS devices was resolved however I am running an ancient iPad Air 2 which for hardware in the app store says it is on the list for being supported for. The iOS is roughly 15.7-15.8. So obviously those crashes that got "resolved" in May got resparked when the game updated. Like really it's effecting my progress in the current Nova Trials event crashing the moment I try to start up the final node yet I was able to progress from first to second-last node...Support needs to wake up stop their attitude with actually listening to those that play their game which shows loyalty and support.
App keeps crashing and will not open on IPhone
