Company waste of money in this product.
I have used many logging/ELD services in 26 years of trucking, and this is by far the worst. I am not allowed to edit any errors or forgotten lunch punches our forget to punch out at the end of the day, even though I’m given full authorization by my employer, the option just is not there. Tech-support cannot seem to resolve this. AzugaELD does not automatically put you hours on duty not driving when you stop your truck or even shut it off completely when making deliveries therefore you will run out of drivetime real quick. another major problem is there is no “Bluetooth profile” option, so on iOS my phone thinks the ELD is some sort of communication, audio device like a headset or Bluetooth speaker so my phone will never ring or have an alert because it is sending the ringer to the ELD so I will never hear my phone ring, even if I have a headset paired. This problem can only be resolved by the developer of AzugaELD. Not Apple not me! Complete waste of time and money. It’ll be interesting when I get pulled over and inspected.
This is the worst ELD I’ve ever used, my latest issue is it kept me driving for like 3 days straight even though I logged out off duty… It always disconnects from the truck and it takes forever to reconnect… Absolute garbage and I’d give it a minus 5 stars but I had to give it one to write a review…
Can’t pick location and not staying connected.

Always loses connection to vehicles. Constantly getting error messages. Editing feature is useless.
AzugaELD is good for a month or so and then it has the same problems again crashing to slow won’t sync I have already paid for the whole year now I can’t even switch
1. why can't I change the location anymore? it's awfully inconvenient because automatic location is not always correct!!!!! 2. why when you turn on the personal mode- the location is completely different? WHY???????
App crashes every time I open it. Ask it likes to randomly put you in service non driving when it does work. Going to be looking elsewhere for an app that works consistently.
So they did a great job making the user interface easy and straightforward. However, that’s where the good ends. This application is used by Azuga and the two of them need to sit down and go back to the drawing board! You cannot connect the Engine dongle to the application it just continues to give errors and won’t connect. I’ve been trying to resolve this for 30days now and they sent my a new adapter and new dongle. Still having the same issue. Nobody from Azuga or the application developer will respond to me. I am cancelling and getting a different product.
When we first implemented AzugaELD, we did not have very many issues. However this year we have experienced numerous issues — with latency, disconnects, bugs, incorrect report data, and the list goes on. Their help desk service has deteriorated. We are looking for a competitor product to replace this unreliable app.

Been acting up lately having to redownload this serval times a day need a bug fix ASAP
AzugaELD used to be fast in everything. But as the updates come it’s becoming more and more sluggish. I hope they fix it soon before I start looking for other options.
AzugaELD will just crash after being open for a long period of time and I’ve noticed that AzugaELD when it crashes it will throw the driver into on duty not driving instead of leaving the in driving causing the driver to go back in and make the proper corrections.

My book was about to finish 11 hrs of duty and i reached the destination and i put my book to sleep mode and parked the truck and checked in for unloading.. they call me after 45 min to put truck on door till then all was good but when i just moved my truck from parking place to door pad which was hardly 100 feet away my book automatically get into driving mode and started showing violation and i hv no option to remove it or change it
