Probably the worst service I have ever used

Company waste of money in this product.
I have used many logging/ELD services in 26 years of trucking, and this is by far the worst. I am not allowed to edit any errors or forgotten lunch punches our forget to punch out at the end of the day, even though I’m given full authorization by my employer, the option just is not there. Tech-support cannot seem to resolve this. The app does not automatically put you hours on duty not driving when you stop your truck or even shut it off completely when making deliveries therefore you will run out of drivetime real quick. another major problem is there is no “Bluetooth profile” option, so on iOS my phone thinks the ELD is some sort of communication, audio device like a headset or Bluetooth speaker so my phone will never ring or have an alert because it is sending the ringer to the ELD so I will never hear my phone ring, even if I have a headset paired. This problem can only be resolved by the developer of this app. Not Apple not me! Complete waste of time and money. It’ll be interesting when I get pulled over and inspected.

Worst Application Ever!!

So they did a great job making the user interface easy and straightforward. However, that’s where the good ends. This application is used by Azuga and the two of them need to sit down and go back to the drawing board! You cannot connect the Engine dongle to the application it just continues to give errors and won’t connect. I’ve been trying to resolve this for 30days now and they sent my a new adapter and new dongle. Still having the same issue. Nobody from Azuga or the application developer will respond to me. I am cancelling and getting a different product.

This is the worst ELD I’ve ever used, my latest issue is it kept me driving for like 3 days straight even though I logged out off duty… It always disconnects from the truck and it takes forever to reconnect… Absolute garbage and I’d give it a minus 5 stars but I had to give it one to write a review…
