Login Failure

I am unable to log in. The app will not allow me to get past the email screen. After inputting my email the app removes the next button. After inputting it a second time the app's screen is shifted all the way up displaying the email near the time display on my screen. I have deleted and downloaded the app again, reset my phone, and switched to a data connection yet the app still does the same thing. So it seems to be a bug problem. After looking at some reviews it seems that others are having the same problem. I also saw there was bug fixes for that specific situation and since then no one had wrote a review about that specific problem; perhaps it suddenly arose again. Also, I would like to note I have one of the latest Iphones (12).

I was a loyal customer for over 15 years. I had a ton of points to redeem online. So I redeemed 4,000 points to get two vans duffle bags. I only received one (eventually) and they just kept my other 2,000 points and told me there was nothing they could do. They were also rude when I messaged them about the problem. I was extremely shocked and disappointed with my whole experience. I will never shop here again and will encourage my friends and family to do the same. What a waste of time and money.

The app is pretty good and I enjoy it a lot but I stopped using it for awhile and I just installed it back but when I try to put in my information it keeps saying my ID or password is incorrect even though it’s not and I can’t make a new account because it says my phone number or email is taken I could use an alternate email but it won’t let me use my phot number because it’s already on my account that I can’t get into and I feel like it’s a waste of time using someone else’s phone number because what I do on the app is my business and no one else’s, this is extremely frustrating
