How to fix WhatsFalse app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WhatsFalse app on iPhone
Update WhatsFalse app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WhatsFalse iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WhatsFalse on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WhatsFalse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WhatsFalse Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WhatsFalse not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WhatsFalse App
1. On android, goto Settings » WhatsFalse » click [Force Stop]

Update WhatsFalse to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WhatsFalse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WhatsFalse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WhatsFalse.

Fix WhatsFalse unable to contact server/ WhatsFalse internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WhatsFalse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WhatsFalse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WhatsFalse
